Villa Conchi Brut Organic
Brilliant golden colour. Aromas of citrus, quince, ripe apple and toasted almond. There are also notes of brioche and flowers. On the palate, fresh acidity, fine perlage and a long, aromatic finish.

Winemaking / ageing
Organic grapes are harvested at night to avoid high temperatures and premature fermentation. Rapid transport to the cellar and cooling to 10 degrees Celsius prevents the grape skins from discolouring the must. Each grape variety is fermented separately in steel tanks, then blended and bottled. In the bottle, the wine is fermented a second time and then rests on fine lees for at least 12 months.
