Sol De Reymos – Dulce De Moscatel

Nose: Honeyed sensations mixed with smoky notes, almond and pine nut nuances.
Taste: silky, fresh and light in the mouth.

Food pairing: the perfect accompaniment to desserts and blue cheeses. Also ideal as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: between 4°C and 8°C.

Description: This is a modern version of the classic Valencia Muscatel mistelle. This sweet natural wine is made from overripe Muscat grapes.

The main difference with other musts is the partial fermentation of Muscat must and the subsequent chemical sterilisation with wine alcohol. This is what gives Sol de Reymos its excellent aromatic complexity, combining the primary aromas typical of the Muscat variety with the secondary aromas that result from the partial must fermentation process.
