Delivery conditions and charges

An order confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you registered. The order will be valid only with the confirmation letter sent by us.

For Budapest addresses, orders received before 9am can be delivered the same day, while orders received after 9am or on a non-working day can be delivered the next working day.

• The delivery is free of charge for orders over HUF 27.500,- in the whole country!
• Payment methods:
• cash and credit card payment
• on receipt of the ordered parcel by the GLS courier.
• We deliver all over Europe, the price depends on the weight of the actual order.

We are unable to deliver goods or fulfil requests on weekends or public holidays.

The goods will be delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering by courier between 8-16 hours. If you are only able to collect the goods in the morning or afternoon, please indicate this in the note at the time of purchase.

The invoice is delivered by the courier with the goods.

Please inspect the goods when you receive them in the presence of the courier, and if you notice any damage or defects, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery.
